My name is William Justice and I’m passionate about personal development in all its varied forms.
I am a certified yoga teacher and have been teaching yoga for more than 18 years in various countries around the world. I studied yoga in India with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres (ref. sivananda.org). In 2001, I achieved the title of Yoga Siromani (Teacher of Yoga), certified by the worldwide Yoga Alliance for the 200 hours standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS), and subsequently achieved the title of Yoga Acharya (Master of Yoga, M.Y.), certified by the worldwide Yoga Alliance for the 500 hours standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS).
The yoga that I teach is a synthesis of all the formal philosophies of yoga. It is an integration of the important techniques and practices that I have learned from the teachers that I have been graced to study and practice with from traditional and contemporary schools including, Sivananda, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Warrior Yoga. Yoga is a fundamental part of my personal daily integral life practice, and I’m passionate about sharing my insights on yoga with others to provide a special and unique yoga training to provide health and wellbeing in my clients, that can also compliment any workout, training, or health program.
I trained with Integral Coaching Canada Inc. (ref. integralcoachingcanada.com) and achieved certification as an Integral Associate CoachTM in 2010. As the demands of modern life increase, many of us are turning to coaches to help address the gap between how we are and how we want to be in our personal and professional lives. I provide coaching programs that are custom designed to meet the unique developmental objectives of each client to empower sustainable change in matters that are deeply important to them.
Since 2001, I’ve been studying Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory and Practice and in 2005 I completed training in Integral Transformative Practice (ITP) with the Integral Institute (I-I) in Boulder Colorado, USA. This is the foundation of my personal practice for living an awakened life.
I’ve undertaken advanced training and intensive experiential practice in the development of human relationships with David Deida in the USA, and received an endorsement from him in 2008 to teach his specialised work with individuals, couples, and in workshops.
As a member of the international men’s organization, the Mankind Project, a registered not-for-profit organization, I assist in guiding men’s groups, specialised workshops, and extraordinary weekend trainings that empower men in healthy and mature male development.
I integrate the rich and varied skills, tools, and techniques that I’ve learned and developed with many diverse teachers, trainings and practices to guide and coach people around the world in various aspects of personal and professional development, including such diversity as Team Leaders of NGO’s such as Greenpeace in Switzerland and Oxfam in the Democratic Republic of Congo, to an artist in Portugal, an engineer in Qatar, and a photographer in Australia, among others. The main focus of my coaching work is the personal and professional growth and development of individuals where I provide custom designed personal coaching programs and transformative life practices, extending to men’s group facilitation, and experiential workshops.
I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you where you are and serving you on your unique journey…
To your health and wellbeing,
